The Catalyst:

As a father, I have experienced the void created by my absence.  I know what it's like to chase success in the workplace while your family falls to second place. 

 The "WHY":

To help other fathers reclaim their roles as heads of household and to be MORE than just a paycheck, or provider for the home.

The spiritual condition of the church and families in today’s world reflects the reality that very few Christians have been discipled and properly trained in how to tend to their relationship with Jesus Christ, their marriages, and families. Overwhelming statistics show that many Christians are weak, not walking in the peace and power of God, not experiencing fulfilment in their marriage, and struggling with parenting their children. Discipleship is the heart of God’s desire for His church, and we are reaping the negative consequences for not making this our main purpose.
